ORGANISATION OF CÉSAME WEDNESDAYS

12:30 PM – End of classes for primary school pupils

P1-P2 (Children registered for the hot meal via Cesame or bringing their own packed lunch)

  • Meet in Room 001.
  • A Césame staff member accompanies the children to the canteen and supervises them until the activity begins.
  • Please note this in your child's school diary so that the teacher can bring the child to the correct meeting point.

P3-P4-P5 & Secondary School (Children registered via Cesame for the hot meal or bringing their own packed lunch)

  • Meet in front of the Pré-Vert building.
  • A Cesame staff member accompanies the children to the canteen and supervises them until the activity begins.
  • Please note this in your child's school diary so that the teacher can direct the child to the meeting point.

Children enrolled in APPS/OIB after-school care

  • Children have lunch in the canteen with their OIB after-school care group. Once lunch is finished, they join the Césame group directly in the canteen and remain with them until they are collected by their activity instructor and the activity begins.
  • The activity must be recorded in KiddyWeb to authorise us to collect your child

APPS/OIB after-school care: children return to their after-school care group.

Césame supervision: children are supervised until 5:00 PM, then escorted to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate.

Without after-school care: parents collect their children from the Chaussée de Waterloo gate at the end of the activity.

For children not enrolled in the APPS/OIB Garderie, we offer the following options:

  • Hot meal at the canteen for 200 € (32 meals)

  • Supervision  from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for €240 or from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m for 220€.

ORGANISATION DU VENDREDI

Activités de 12h00 à 13h00 et de 13h00 à 14h30

  • Un point de rendez-vous est fixé dans la cour, sous le préau du gymnase primaire.
  • Les enfants y sont pris en charge directement par leur moniteur

Activités débutant à 13h00

  • De 12h00 à 13h00, les enfants restent sous la surveillance de l’école dans la cour de récréation.
  • Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de prévoir une garderie pendant cette période.

À la fin des activités

  • Les enfants sont accompagnés jusqu’à la grille Opstal.
  • Ils y sont repris par leurs parents ou déposés dans les garderies Césame et APPS/OIB.

Enfants inscrits à la garderie APPS/OIB Uccle

  • Après la cantine, les enfants rejoignent leur groupe de garderie.
  • Pour participer à une activité débutant à 13h00, les parents doivent impérativement donner leur autorisation via KiddyWeb afin de permettre à l’APEEE Services de venir chercher leur enfant.
  • À l’issue de l’activité (14h30), un responsable Césame raccompagne les enfants auprès de leur groupe de garderie

ORGANISATION FOR ACTIVITIES AT 3:45 PM

For children enrolled in an activity from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., the meeting point is Room 001, where the children are picked up by their instructor. At the end of the activity, they are accompanied either to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate or to the OIB daycare centre.
