End of classes for primary school pupils.

• P1-P2, registered for the hot meal (reserved exclusively for pupils participating in a Wednesday activity with Césame), as well as those bringing their own sandwiches, should meet in room 001. Césame will take the children to the canteen and supervise them before the activity begins. Please make a note in your child's diary so that the teacher can drop them off at the correct meeting point.

• P3-P4-P5 and Secondary pupils, registered for the hot meal (reserved exclusively for pupils participating in a Wednesday activity with Césame) and those bringing their own sandwiches, should meet in front of the Pré-Vert building. Césame will take the children to the canteen and supervise them before the activity begins. Please make a note in your child's diary so that the teacher can drop them off at the correct meeting point.

• For the children registered to the OIB Garderie, they will remain at the garderie until 1:20 pm, at which time a member of the Césame team will come to collect them and take them to their activity. Please remember to register this activity via KiddyWeb so that we can collect your child.

• Children enrolled at the OIB Garderie  join their garderie group.

• Children registered for supervision with Césame will be looked after until 5 p.m., at which time they will be taken back to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate to be collected by their parents.

• Children who are not enrolled in a garderie will be picked up at the Chaussée de Waterloo gate at the end of their activity.

For children not enrolled in the OIB Garderie, we offer the following options:

• Hot meal at the canteen for 200 € (33 meals)

• Supervision from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for €230 (€210 for supervision from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

For children enrolled in an activity from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., the meeting point is in the courtyard under the covered playground of the primary school gym. The children are then taken care of by their instructor on site.

For activities starting at 1:00 p.m., please note that from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., children are supervised in the playground, so there is no need to use childcare services during this time.

At the end of the activities, the children are accompanied to the Opstal gate to be picked up by their parents or dropped off at the Césame and OIB Garderie.

Children enrolled at the OIB Uccle Garderie who wish to participate in these activities will be picked up directly by their garderie teacher and brought back to the garderie at the end of the activity. Parents must give their authorisation via KiddyWeb to allow APEEE Services to pick up their child.

For children enrolled in an activity from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., the meeting point is Room 001, where the children are picked up by their instructor. At the end of the activity, they are accompanied either to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate or to the OIB daycare centre.
