End of classes for primary school pupils.

•  For P1-P2 pupils signed up for a hot meal (reserved exclusively for pupils taking part in a Wednesday activity with Césame), as well as those bringing their own packed lunch, please meet in Room 001. A Césame supervisor will take the children to the canteen and supervise them until the activity begins. Please note this information in your child’s diary so that their teacher can ensure they are dropped off at the meeting point.

• For P3-P4-P5 and secondary school pupils signed up for a hot meal (reserved exclusively for pupils taking part in a Wednesday activity with Césame) and those bringing their own packed lunch, the meeting point is in front of the Pré-Vert building. A Césame supervisor will take charge of the children to bring them to the canteen, then supervise them before the activity begins. Please note this in your child’s diary so that the teacher can direct them to the meeting point.

• For children enrolled in the APPS/OIB after-school care, they remain at the garderie until 1.20 pm, at which time a member of the Césame team will collect them to take them to their activity. Please remember to register this activity on KiddyWeb to authorise us to collect your child.

• Children enrolled at the APPS/OIB Garderie  join their group.

• Children registered for supervision with Césame will be looked after until 5 p.m., at which time they will be taken back to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate to be collected by their parents.

• Children who are not enrolled in a garderie will be picked up at the Chaussée de Waterloo gate at the end of their activity.

For children not enrolled in the APPS/OIB Garderie, we offer the following options:

• Hot meal at the canteen for 200 € (33 meals)

• Supervision from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for €230 (€210 for supervision from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

For children enrolled in an activity from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm or from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, the meeting point is in the playground under the covered area of the primary school gym, where the children will be met directly by their instructor.

For activities starting at 1.00 pm, please note that from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm, children are supervised by the school in the playground, so there is no need to use a childcare service during this time.

At the end of the activities, the children are accompanied to the Opstal gate to be collected by their parents or dropped off at the Césame and APPS/OIB after-school care.

Children enrolled at the APPS/OIB Uccle after-school care go to the garderie after lunch; if they wish to take part in an activity at 1.00 pm, parents must give their authorisation via KiddyWeb to allow APEEE Services to collect their child. A Césame supervisor accompanies the children back to their APPS/OIB group after the activity at 2.30 pm.

For children enrolled in an activity from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., the meeting point is Room 001, where the children are picked up by their instructor. At the end of the activity, they are accompanied either to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate or to the OIB daycare centre.
