Pool

• 12 to 15 swimmers per lane maximum - Time is the time spent in the water
• Swimmers are required to bring their own swimming costume, cap and towel
• Lessons do not take place during the EEB holidays but during the Belgian holiday periods (except ERM) (see calendar)
• The meeting with the instructor always takes place in the entrance hall of the pool (except for ERM). The swimmers must enter the sports complex together.
• For the 1/2/3 at the Poséidon on Friday: 

Membership fees

• The membership fee is annual
• Registration for one class: full fee
• Registration for 2 classes: 20% discount on the total amount. For swimmers who are members of ESB, additional discount of 10%.
• Registration for 3 classes: 25% discount on the total amount. For swimmers who are members of ESB, additional discount of 10%.
• In order to benefit from the discount, it is imperative to place one and the same order

Participation in the courses

• Pupils who have forgotten their swimming gear or who are indisposed and therefore cannot swim are asked not to go to the pool and to return home or to stay at the garderie (if registered).
• If a pupil does come to the pool, parents will be informed and asked to collect their child immediately. Instructors cannot supervise students outside the group.
• If a swimmer is excused from lessons for a specific period of time for medical reasons, please inform the swimming instructor at the Cesame office.

If a swimmer is late

• It will not be possible to access the changing rooms.

If a course is cancelled

• The instructors will inform the swimmers during the previous lessons. If possible, an e-mail will be sent to parents.

Cancellation of the course on the same day 

• An instructor will be on site waiting for all children to leave. If possible, we will notify the children on site or contact their parents to pass on the information.
