ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

Registration for the Transport Service for the following school year opens in the first half of June.

Is your child already registered for the Transport Service?

Pupils who are already registered and whose payments are in order are automatically re-enrolled for the following school year (except for pupils in secondary 7). You will receive an email about this at the end of the school year.

We ask all parents to check and validate their order.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order for the following year, you must do so via the online registration site within the given timeframe.

Your child is not yet registered for the Transport Service?

You must go to the registration site and create a global account. All the explanations about this can be found HERE.

Then you can create an order for the Transport Service.

To find out which stop is closest to your home, you can go to the secure page on our website or send us an email (! no reply during school holidays as our offices are closed). If you can't find a stop that suits you, we invite you to create your order with an existing stop AND to indicate in the comments that you are requesting a closer stop. If your order is registered before 15 August, our team will be able to study its feasibility for the beginning of the school year in September. After this date, you will have to wait for the second wave of route analysis which takes place in October. The Transport Service is not obliged to consider requests made during the school year.

The Transport Service also insists on the fact that not all requests, even if received within the appropriate timeframe, can be met. Our service must respect a series of criteria set by all the European Schools' Transport Services and their respective management committees in order to ensure a quality service that will not be in deficit in the medium term.
