ENROLMENT

This service is ONLY for children in nursery, 1st and 2nd primary in Uccle, except for children already enrolled in the OIB after-school care service or those picked up by their parents after the canteen.

The Cesame after-school care service takes place ONLY on Friday afternoons.

Start of registration 2023-2024

June 2023 at 9.00 am (coming soon)

Start and end of the service 2023-2024

Start: Friday 8 September 2023

End: Friday 28 June 2024 inclusive.

ATTENTION: For all orders for childcare made after Wednesday 06/09/2023 at 18:00, the first pick-up will be on Friday 15/09/2023

Practical information

  •  Enrolment possible (subject to availability) at any time during the school year.
  •  Re-enrolment for each semester is automatic (please inform the service if you do not wish to extend).
  •  In case of emergency , occasional registration is possible (20.00 euros/friday). The request for enrolment must reach the Cesame office by 4 p.m. on Thursday at the latest (02/375 31 35 - garderie@apeee-bxl1-services.be). Please also inform your child's teacher of this change via his/her diary. Maximum 2 requests. After that, registration will be required.

Enrolment procedures

The dates and practical information concerning the renewal of the half-yearly orders,
the opening and running of registrations for the following year, will be communicated by e-mail
and on the website during the school year.

attentionIf the management of the child requires special needs, it is mandatory to notify the service at the  time of registration.

 Gattentionarderie Cesame + Swimming course on Friday

If your child is enrolled in the Garderie Cesame on Friday afternoon AND uses one of the buses going to the swimming pool that day, please check that the bus number given to the Garderie Cesame service and the bus going to the swimming pool are the same. It is possible that the Friday bus is different from the other days of the week and this information should be communicated to the service concerned (transport + garderie).

 

 

 

 

ONCE REGISTERED

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your order is either :

  • In process: Your registration is being analysed.
  • Waiting for payment: We have received your registration. The child is enrolled and we are waiting for your payment to confirm your order.
  • Accepted: The service has received your payment and the order is validated.
  • Refused/Cancelled: There are no more places in the service/you have cancelled your order.
