To receive a refund of the deposit you paid when you first registered for the locker service, simply return the key with the completed deposit refund form.

- the original locker key (engraved with five digits) must be returned to the locker manager before July 7. We accept no responsibility if the key is lost or handed over to other people at the school. A locker mailbox is available next to the office door (Pré-Vert 1st floor), where the key must be deposited in an envelope bearing the student's first and last name. 

- the form can be returned by e-mail to casiers@apeee-bxl1-services.be or directly to the locker office with the key (office or locker mailbox). 
       
We remind you that the locker must be completely emptied and returned in good condition. If your child notices any problems with his/her locker, he/she must inform us before returning the key in order to recover the full deposit.
