In order to register, you must have an account which will become your administrative link with our services. Here is how to proceed:

1. APEEE MEMBERSHIP

You must join the Parents Association (APEEE annual membership). Membership of the APEEE is a precondition to be able to benefit from the Services.  Only parents who are paying members of the APEEE can register for the APEEE Services (Transport - Extracurricular - Friday Childcare at the Berkendael Extracurricular Centre: ACTIVE ).  For any queries regarding the membership fee, please contact APEEE Secretariat at info@uccleparents.org. 

2. APEEE SERVICES ENROLMENTS

You can register throughout the year for the APEEE Services (Transport - Extracurricular - Friday Childcare at the Berkendael Extracurricular Centre: ACTIVE). 

Please note that on the Berkendael site, the canteen is managed by the school, not by the APEEE Services. Contact: euro.school.vorst@compass-group.be.

TRANSPORT: Your child will be able to benefit from transport from the first day of school, even if no payment has been made yet. Payment requests (with payment details and structured communication) will be sent to you in September.

BERKENDAEL ACTIVE FRIDAY DAY-CARE: The ACTIVE day-care runs from 12.30 to 15.00, only for the Kindergarten. Admission criteria: children who do not have access to OIB have priority (proof will be requested). Children who are waiting for a sibling in primary school until 3pm are also welcome. The garderie starts on the first Friday of the school year.

BERKENDAEL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND AFTERSCHOOL: registrations are open in September and each parent is informed by e-mail of the details. However, you can register your child for activities all year round by contacting the service to see if there are any places left. 

Once registered in our database, you will be notified of all communications from the different services: registration date, programme, information, newsletter, etc.
