HOW THE ASSOCIATION WORKS

The association employs staff under a permanent contract with a director and managers for the daily management of the services.

Under the supervision of the director, each service is managed by one (or 2) manager(s). These managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of the services and draw up the budgetary perspectives (contributions, payment of employees' salaries) in collaboration with the administrative and financial coordination while following the guidelines voted by the Board of Directors.

This day-to-day work is monitored by a management committee, which is made up of parent members on the one hand and occasional guests on the other, depending on the items on the agenda (see Management Committees).

The management ensures the administrative follow-up of the association at the legal level (follow-up of the regulation of the associations, rights and duties) and administrative global level (insurances, banks, Securex, site...) in a concern of good harmonisation while respecting the specificity of each service.

At the financial level, the director ensures the follow-up of the accounts of each of the services and the presentation of consolidated accounts. It also acts as a link between the Board of Directors of the association and the managers.

ORGANISATION OF THE DIFFERENT SERVICES

THE CANTEEN SERVICE is managed by Mr Dillen who is responsible for one Deputy, one Kitchen Chef and a Kitchen Team whose staff are assigned to different functions: kitchen (production level) or service (cafeteria, ticket sales).

THE EXTRACURRICULAR SERVICE managed by Mrs Dominique Bodin, assisted by two people and a team of monitors.

THE LOCKERS are managed by Mr. Noé Hennequin. 

THE FRIDAY AFTERNOON GARDERIE SERVICE is managed by Mr. Raffaele Rizzo and his team of instructors.

The extracurricular and Friday care services employ around 60 part-time monitors under various types of contract: employee, self-employed or volunteer.

THE TRANSPORT SERVICE is managed by Mr. Frederic Herinckx assisted by several permanent staff and a team of bus supervisors: student supervisors (student contract) and part-time staff on FTA, labour or employee contracts.

THE BERKENDAEL EXTRACURRICULAR SERVICE, AFTERSCHOOL AND ACTIVE CHILD CARE are managed by Mrs Aurélie Van Tilt, an assistant and a team of monitors.
